Cleaner

Xiros is a medical device company specialising in the design, development, manufacture, and supply of textile-based implants for the sports medicine and orthopaedic markets.

We currently have a vacancy for a Cleaner to join us on a permanent basis to carry out cleaning of our buildings on our site in Yeadon, including our offices, clean room environment, and production areas.

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is desirable.
• The successful applicant will demonstrate strong attention to detail and ensure cleaning activities are completed in accordance with documented procedures and required standards.
• The successful applicant will be able to safely handle cleaning chemicals and consistently comply with all relevant safety protocols.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, clean room requirements, PPE, COSHH and other health and safety requirements would be preferable.

Hours

The role is part-time working Monday to Friday, typically 5pm to 8pm (15 hours per week) based at our headquarters in Yeadon.

Salary Range & Benefits

Starting salary of £25,500 pro-rata with a further pay award on completion of training. We also offer a generous benefits package on completion of the probationary period worth approximately 15% of salary, which includes a non-contributory pension and a range of flexible benefits.
